Logo Usage & Customization Policy

In the jewelry industry, it is common for competitors to permanently stamp their brand logo on products.
However, we respect our customers’ preferences and do not add our brand logo by default.

  • Logo branding is completely optional.
  • If you wish to add our official brand logo to your product, a logo customization fee of $249 will be applicable.
  • If you choose not to add our logo, your product will be delivered without any branding, with no additional charges.
  • Choosing not to add a logo does not affect the quality, authenticity, or value of your product in any way. 

Extended Warranty Benefits for Logo-Branded Products

Customers who select logo customization receive exclusive after-sales benefits under our brand assurance program.

  • A 3-year comprehensive warranty is provided on logo-branded products.
  • This warranty includes a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Warranty benefits are only applicable to products that include our brand logo.

Warranty Coverage & Refund Policy

During the 3-year warranty period, if your product experiences any manufacturing or quality-related issue, you are eligible for support under this policy.

  • You may request a return for a full refund.
  • The refund amount will be equal to the original purchase price paid at the time of order.
  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund during the warranty period:

  • We will provide a product exchange for the same or an equivalent item.
  • Shipping charges for exchange orders will be shared as follows:
    • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product.
    • The company will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement product.
  • This results in a 50%–50% split of the shipping cost between the customer and the company.
  • Please note that for exchanges, any difference in product value caused by changes in gold prices, currency exchange rates, or inflation at the time of exchange will be payable by the customer.

Diamond Condition & Eligibility for Returns

Due to the delicate and high-value nature of diamonds, strict quality conditions apply.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • If the diamond is broken, cracked, fractured, or shows signs of physical damage or misuse, the diamond will not be accepted for return or exchange. In such cases, the customer will be eligible only for a refund of the jewelry setting.

The diamond must be returned in its original, undamaged, and unchanged condition to qualify for any return or exchange request.

For exchange requests, if the customer wishes to select a new diamond, the new diamond must be purchased separately.

Return Requirements & Documentation

To ensure a smooth return process, all returns must comply with the following:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • All original documentation must be included, such as:
    • Lab-grown diamond certificate
    • Warranty cards (if provided)
    • Any other documents issued at the time of purchase

Incomplete returns may not be eligible for approval.

Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Once the inspection is completed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • The refunded amount will reflect within 1–3 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing timelines.

Final Notes

  • Warranty, return, and exchange benefits are designed to reward customers who choose brand-verified products.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice, in accordance with business and compliance requirements.
