Order Processing

  • Orders will only be confirmed and processed after successful payment authorization.
  • In case of payment failure, no order will be processed.

Failed Transactions & Refunds

  • If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, the refund will be automatically processed by the payment provider or bank within their standard timelines.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers are advised to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of future transactions.

Compliance & Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor transactions for fraud and reserve the right to:
